–Gyver, after activating the newly acquired Rambo on his fourth attempt.
Mech Series HistoryEdit
The Rambo is primarily armed with a heavy caliber auto-cannon that fires explosive armor piercing shells. The huge rifle is hard-wired into the mech's hand with a stability upgrade to reduce recoil.
For close quarter purposes, the mech has an attached power-bayonet capable of slicing and piercing most alloys. Rambo also has a double-edged power combat knife, one side being razor-tooth, that Gyver uses almost as much as his rifle to gut his opponents or impale enemy pilots.
Already being made of a fairly dense alloy, the Rambo is filled with millions of microscopic (Human cell-sized) insect-like bots that can repair armor, weapons, and systems at an alarming rate even during the heat of combat inside its armor. Called 'living armor,' this upgrade was given to the Rambo on a secret Imperial lab on Priscina before being liberated by Gyver.
The Rambo has a very powerful jump pack that is used to propel the mech hundreds of meters before landing among the enemy. It is also upgraded with advanced magnetic foot and hand devices that allow the mech to cling and climb on metal surfaces fairly easily.
The mech also has an advanced sound system that Gyver added before his first mission with the machine. Impacting the cockpit at a certain FPS range will change the song. Anything over 200 FPS will not change the song; otherwise, during the heat of a firefight, shots impacting his cockpit would change the song with every hit.
